Participants will learn how to set-up their youth for success on trips, the basic logistics of planning an outdoor trip with youth, the keys to group management, and strategies for collaboration and creating organizational buy-in. Specific activities include building a tent as a team, packing a camping backpack with materials/equipment ideal for specific environments, creating a resource "spiderweb", creating community agreement, and group management activities.
