Educators who spend a few minutes with a RAFT mentor get practical answers to complicated questions such as making lessons appropriate, by modeling innovative thinking, and classroom management. Mentees gain invaluable insight into hands-on education techniques beyond their own education and experience. In 2011, RAFT mentors covered over 20,000 hours in mentoring interactions.
